Sinopsis
Cuando el Presidente De Gaulle anuncia la liberación de Argelia de ser colonia francesa, varios supervivientes que participaron en la campaña militar de conquista sientes que De Gaulle está traicionando a su ejército y a los que dieron su vida por dicha campaña. Así que deciden matar al presidente. Luego de varios intentos fallidos y de que varios de los integrantes del complot murieron o fueron fusilados, los tres líderes deciden contratar a un asesino profesional para matar a De Gaulle. El hombre acepta con dos condiciones: Tener plena autonomía y que permanecerá oculto hasta el día que cumpla su objetivo. la policía francesa sospecha de la repentina falta de actividad y en un golpe de suerte, capturan al hijo de uno de los conspiradores y al ser interrogado, el muchacho solo menciona la palabra "El Chacal".
Synopsis
