Sinopsis
En el año 1970, por caprichos del destino, el joven médico escocés Dr. Nicholas Garrigan acaba ejerciendo su profesión en Uganda, un país del que no sabía nada, y allí se ve irreversiblemente unido a un temible personaje: Idi Amin, el reciente nombrado presidente del país africano que comienza a gobernar de forma cruel y sanguinaria. Garrigan comienza a ser el médico personal de un dictador del que se dijo que llegó a practicar el canibalismo.
Synopsis
Young Scottish doctor, Nicholas Garrigan decides it's time for an adventure after he finishes his formal education, so he decides to try his luck in Uganda, and arrives during the downfall of President Obote. General Idi Amin comes to power and asks Garrigan to become his personal doctor.
