Sinopsis
El ex famoso pintor Frenhofer vive tranquilamente con su esposa en una residencia de campo en la Provenza francesa. Cuando el joven artista Nicolás lo visita con su novia Marianne, Frenhofer decide comenzar de nuevo el trabajo de una pintura que dejó hace mucho tiempo: La Belle Noiseuse (La Bella Mentirosa). Y quiere a Marianne como modelo.
Synopsis
The former famous painter Frenhofer lives quietly with his wife on a countryside residence in the French Provence. When the young artist Nicolas visits him with his girlfriend Marianne, Frenhofer decides to start again the work on a painting he long ago stopped: La Belle Noiseuse. And he wants Marianne as model.
