Sinopsis
Johnny Utah (Keanu Reeves), un joven agente del FBI, se infiltra en los ambientes del surf para desenmascarar a una banda de atracadores que, como sello de identidad, usan caretas de presidentes de los Estados Unidos durante sus golpes. Pero Johnny pronto se encapricha de la guapa Tyler (Lori Petty) y, además, conoce a Bodhi (Patrick Swayze), el jefe de la banda, un hombre que vive al límite y que acaba ejerciendo una gran influencia sobre el joven policía.
Synopsis
In Los Angeles, a gang of bank robbers who call themselves The Ex-Presidents commit their crimes while wearing masks of Reagan, Carter, Nixon and Johnson. Believing that the members of the gang could be surfers, the F.B.I. sends young agent Johnny Utah to the beach undercover to mix with the surfers and gather information.
