Sinopsis
En la ciudad de Fuuto, los delincuentes utilizan unos dispositivos USB llamados "Memorias de Gaia" para convertirse en monstruos con superpoderes, que causan estragos en una ciudad por lo pacífica. Sin embargo, también hay héroes que utilizan las Memorias Gaia para luchar contra estos criminales, uno de los cuales es el autoproclamado y duro detective Shoutarou Hidari. Con la ayuda de su ingenioso compañero Philip, ambos se transforman en Kamen Rider W, el legendario héroe de la ciudad de Fuuto.
Synopsis
Sometime after the events of Kamen Rider W, Shotaro Hidari and Philip continue to solve crimes and fight evil as superhero detectives in the windy city of Fuuto.
