Sinopsis
Simon McKay (David Rappaport) es un brillante ingeniero e inventor caracterizado por su escasa altura, tan sólo 1,20 metros, pero con una inteligencia y habilidad sin igual desarrollando juguetes, dispositivos para discapacitados y una larga lista de inventos también para el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos.
