Sinopsis
Torfun es una maestra voluntaria que tiene un trágico accidente donde termina perdiendo la vida, en el cual su corazón es trasplantado a Tian. A través de una serie de paginas de su diario, Tian aprende sobre su vida; sus secretos e intereses, incluyendo su promesa al oficial militar Phupha sobre contar mil estrellas con él. Es entonces cuando decide seguir sus pasos y completar su sueño. Como nuevo maestro voluntario, Tian intenta hacerse amigo de Phupha. Sin embargo, Phupha es bastante frío con él.
