Sinopsis
Crónicas Chilangas nos cuenta las aventuras de tres personajes cuyo denominador común es tener una fuerte obsesión. El Jairo es un joven esquizofrénico que cree en presencias extraterrestres y se siente llamado a combatirlas. Por su parte, Claudia es una mujer con sobrepeso y un gran gusto por la pornografía, hecho que le acarrea una serie de conflictos. Finalmente, tenemos a Juvencio, un viejo maestro jubilado cuya mayor preocupación es el futuro de su hija parapléjica sin la asistencia de él o su esposa Anita. Los caminos de estos personajes confluyen en el desenlace de Crónicas Chilangas.
Synopsis
Confusion and eccentricity are all part of life in the vast human ocean of Mexico City -- including the three very different personalities portrayed in this urban fable. By the end of the day, their paths are destined to cross. "El Jairo" (Rodrigo Ostap) is a schizophrenic obsessed with UFOs; Claudia (Regina Orozco) is a woman addicted to pornography; and Juvenico (Patricio Castillo) is a retired teacher trying to come to grips with the future.
