Do I need a contract or a minimum commitment?
No. It works without contracts or recurring payments. You pay for the time you choose, and if you decide not to continue, you simply don't renew when it ends. No automatic charges and no hidden fees.
What devices does it work on?
On practically any device: Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV), Roku, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows, Mac, or Linux computers. Even from a web browser.
Can I watch on several devices at the same time?
Install it on every device you want (TV, phone, tablet, computer). The only limit is how many can watch at the same time, based on your plan's connections. For example, with 3 connections you can watch on 3 TVs at once. If you turn one off, you can start watching on your phone, and if you later stop watching on your phone, you can pick back up on the TV.
What internet speed do I need?
A stable connection. We recommend at least 15 Mbps to watch in high definition without interruptions. If you'll be watching on several screens at once, a bit more.
How do I request the free trial?
Through WhatsApp. Buzz Stream includes a full day (24 hours) and Kaelus TV Plus includes 2 hours. You can request both to compare them.
How do I pay?
In Mexico: BBVA bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard via MercadoPago or PayPal. In the US: Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. From any country: card via PayPal or MercadoPago. The PayPal or MercadoPago fee is covered by the customer.
Are there discounts?
Yes: 10% for 3 months, 15% for 6 months, and 20% for 12 months. You also get 1 free month for every friend you refer who activates their service, with no limit.
How many devices can I have with each service?
Buzz Stream has plans with 1, 3, 4, or 5 connections. Kaelus TV Plus only has a 3-connection plan. Remember: you install it on every device you want. Connections determine how many can watch at the same time.
Which one is right for me, Buzz Stream or Kaelus TV Plus?
Both have all the same content. If you mostly watch series and movies, and only want live TV or sports now and then as an extra, Buzz Stream is the better fit since it's cheaper. If you also watch a lot of sports and live TV, it's worth paying the extra for Kaelus TV Plus to get a more stable connection.
Does it work outside Mexico?
Yes. It works anywhere you have an internet connection.
Is the picture in high definition?
